Registration cancellations will be accepted until Friday, August 01, 2025 at 12:00 AM

Cancellation Policy:

We will refund your event registration fee if possible, but in order to honor the BMW Riders of Oregon club commitments, we have established the following guidelines for refunds.

1. If you must cancel your reservation due to an unforeseen event in your life, we understand. However, cancellation requests must be received by the event host or club webmaster before the event cancellation date as we need to confirm meals, seating or site reservations with the venue.

2. If you paid by credit card on the club web site and must cancel, a credit towards another event will be available to you the next time you register on-line for an event. If you would prefer a refund check be mailed to you, please contact our club Treasurer with your name, the event name and date(s).

About this event

Join us for a popular event near the Alsea River in the Siuslaw National Forest. This area features great coastal ride destinations, good tent camping and some* limited RV space. A pancake breakfast on Friday morning and a luscious hamburger dinner Saturday evening will top off your tank, later a great campfire for sharing of ride stories.

To get there take HWY 34 West from Philomath Or 7 miles east from Waldport to E Canal Creek Rd. Campground is 4 miles up Canal Creek Rd. We will be in the Group Site that is accessed by fording a short paved creek which most riders enjoy. Registration opens June first.

There is a covered Pavilion and vault toilets. There will be jugs full of potable water and the club-owned grill for your use. Bring your own personal plate, cup, utensils please.

Check in starts at 2PM Thursday Aug 7th. Check out by 11AM August 10th.
