Cancellation Policy:

Rally fees are non-refundable. Optional Rally Refund Protection will provide a full refund* for cancellations requested in writing by June 1, 2025 to bmwro.cjr@gmail.com. The cost is $15 per person.
*The Optional Rally Refund Protection includes the rally registration fee and optional breakfast & railroad excursion purchases; however, it does not include T-shirts, hats, rally cups or ADV Rider training.
