Cancellation Policy:
We will refund your event registration fee if possible, but in order to honor the BMW Riders of Oregon club commitments, we have established the following guidelines for refunds.

1. If you must cancel your reservation due to an unforeseen event in your life, we understand. However, cancellation requests must be received by the event host or club webmaster before the event cancellation date as we need to confirm meals, seating or site reservations with the venue.

2. If you paid by credit card on the club web site and must cancel, a credit towards another event will be available to you the next time you register on-line for an event. If you would prefer a refund check be mailed to you, please contact our club Treasurer with your name, the event name and date(s).

Ride or drive to a coastal getaway in Newport for the BMWRO 2025 Annual Meeting!
Register online by September 30

We’ll gather at the Best Western Plus Agate Beach starting 11am Saturday October 11. Plenty of parking on the upper deck, and your discounted registration of only $20 includes a buffet style BBQ lunch with smoked brisket, pulled pork, bratwurst, cheeseburgers, sides and desserts. A quick member meeting will follow, and we should be done by 1:30pm.

Following the meeting, there are so many options!

Make a day of it and visit Nye Beach, the Bayfront, the Aquarium, or South Beach Park. Enjoy dinner at any of the dozens of restaurants from which to choose. Make a weekend of it and stay right there at the Best Western for a special reduced BMWRO rate (please call Rita Valladolid at 541-574-2205), or choose from the many lodging options in the area with varying price ranges.

Want to try something different?

Join club president Mike Davis and his wife Lissa at 5:30 that Saturday night for a no-host reception at the beautiful new Allred Hotel Bites + Bar overlooking the ocean, followed by a performance of the Pulitzer Finalist & Tony award nominated play What the Constitution Means to Me next door at the Performing Arts Center.

The first 20 people to sign up with Mike at bmwro.pres@gmail.com (after you have registered for the annual meeting) will receive a complimentary admission to the play. Dress is casual, and more details on both the reception and the performance will be sent to those who sign up. Deadline is September 30, same as the meeting registration deadline.
