Registration is required before Friday, August 22, 2025 at 12:00 AM

Payment In Full In Advance Only

The event is limited to the first 30 who sign up prior to Friday August 22nd. The event will be cancelled if less than 20 sign up. If it is canceled, refunds will be provided to those who have signed up.

Registration cancellations will be accepted until Friday, August 22, 2025 at 12:01 AM

Cancellation Policy:

We will refund your event registration fee if possible, but in order to honor the BMW Riders of Oregon club commitments, we have established the following guidelines for refunds.

1. If you must cancel your reservation due to an unforeseen event in your life, we understand. However, cancellation requests must be received by the event host or club webmaster before the event cancellation date as we need to confirm meals, seating or site reservations with the venue.

2. If you paid by credit card on the club web site and must cancel, a credit towards another event will be available to you the next time you register on-line for an event. If you would prefer a refund check be mailed to you, please contact our club Treasurer with your name, the event name and date(s).

Pine Point is nestled on the stunning Timothy Lake, right next to the majestic Mount Hood. It’s a perfect spot, almost right between Bend and Portland, for an unforgettable camping adventure. The area offers fantastic riding and hiking trails. We will be serving two delicious meals - dinner on September 6th will include salad, smoked pulled pork with apple slaw on a brioche bun, smoked brisket chili, cornbread, and dessert. We plan to have a Corn-hole tournament and poker game.

For breakfast on September 7th we will be serving brioche french toast, bacon, fresh fruit, assorted pastries, and coffee. And guess what? David Peterson and/or Kyle Emerson have graciously agreed to lead an incredible first Saturday ride from the campout! (Details will be forthcoming).

The Pine Point West Loop Group campsite has been reserved and camping will be available from Friday September 5th to Sunday, Sept. 7th.

The campsite is available for tents and RV camping and is equipped with tables, campfire rings with grills, and accessible vault toilets.
